Lisa ''Buffy'' Edmondson Whitby, died Thursday, June 11, 2015.

She is survived by her husband, Kenny; her son, Holt Gordon of the home; her stepsons, Paul and Reid Whitby; her parents, Gene ''Peter Rabbit'' and Vivian Keeter Edmondson of Roanoke Rapids; her brothers, Gray Edmondson of Roanoke Rapids and Mark Edmondson of Wilmington; her nephews, Dylan and Landen Edmondson; and Holt’s father, Willie Gordon of Roanoke Rapids.

Lisa was an incredible mom to her son and stepsons.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 11:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Blain Given officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 19, 2015 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Askew Funeral and Cremation Services.
